The doctor needs a translator, her english is limited it seems and she is also soft spoken so her communication is not efficient. Central scheduling and the office itself needs to get on the same page, you are under one company so act like a team. There is no reason people should waste there time coming in for scheduled appointments only to be told central scheduling was wrong about when the appointment can be done and that they will cancel the appointment for me, people take time from work to maintain care of their children... read more
I have two kids and we see Dr. Spitler. Our family has always had great experiences here. Our kids are now teenagers and we are so grateful for the care we receive. Thank you for your dedication and time!
If my child can’t see the doctor when she’s sick there’s no point to see that doctor for her care.
