I lived at Lincoln Village Apartments for a total of five years, and my experience has been great! The leasing office is always accommodating and willing to listen, and maintenance is super responsive and kind. Josue was always helpful whenever I needed anything, and the team really tries to stay on top of things—even though you can’t control everything residents do, that’s just apartment living. I’ve lived here for 3 months and So far so good. Nice and quiet community —not too big, not too small. Conveniently located near many shopping plazas and freeway. I have not had an issue with parking. Any maintenance requests usually get answered same day; management also responds really quick. The building and amenities are clean and I have never seen any bugs (which is a huge deal for me). Spacious modern unit with all appliance upgrades.
Giselle was kind and quick with us in our application process. When we had any request, She quickly offered solution. Clean and beautiful apartment.I'm glad I moved here update I have lived here for over 3 years and I am happy to live in Lincoln Village it is quiet and clean. Whenever I have a request from the Office I always get a quick response. Thank you Abby.
This place is a huge joke and was a waste of our time. Here goes: They were away from the desk when we first arrived so we grabbed a bite to eat then came back at the time listed on the door. First, the lady had poor attitude and horrible customer service. It seemed like we were a huge inconvenience for her to show around. I understand we didn't have an appointment, so she booked us one for 3 PM.
