My friend lives here. This is a nice townhome community.
Selina was wonderful to work with! My clients were so pleased with the entire process. She gave us a tour of the beautiful community and walked us through available options and timeframes. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable and my clients are loving their new home! Highly recommended Selina to anyone looking in this community.
My husband and I have lived in our DR Horton home in the Lincoln Valley clubhouse community for 2-1/2 years. We have enjoyed the community and have met some really great people, some have become very good friends. The reason I gave DR Horton a 3 star rating is because of what we’re dealing with right now. The 2-1/2 year old Carrier A/C unit has a leak in the coil. Most of the coolant has leaked out. The coil part is no longer manufactured by Carrier so the HVAC will have to be retrofitted in order for the new coil to be inst... read more
1st view of a sf house which made me look into the builder, DRHorton. 82 %, yes 82% of reviewers advise stay away, do not buy. I've never read any reviews so stacked against a company. bye
