Office staff is incompetent at best . Dr Nasir seems a good Dr , but definately needs better help .😡🤬😡
I don’t have an issue with the providers but the office staff has made it a terrible experience. Disorganized, understaffed, and irresponsible. When you call, the phone just rings off the hook until someone answers and says “please hold” and then it’s more waiting, sometimes the line just drops after a while. Waited an entire month for labs to be pushed through and by that time I just got them done at the urgent care across the street. I will be finding a new PCP
They got stupid and terrible up there they are a horrible doctors office we been going to them for years now they are terrible please go somewhere else, and Anita isn't a good doctor these are their friends on here the same people at the bottom are their friends. A lady named Amy left and Samantha Baker these people were sweet and nice until Anita got there she's a horrible nurse not even a doctor.
