I love this building, the neighbors not so much. Not only is a review very much NOT TRUE! But they clearly don't know the difference between disabled people and drunks. Be cause that's what this building is for, elderly and disabled. Which is why there's often ambulances, firetrucks and even occasionally a coroner. There several homeless in the area, some that are decent struggling people. But others that ARE drunks and camp and smoke Marijuana around the neighborhood and in the alley behind the properties. I’m writing to submit a complaint to the managers of Lincoln Towers apartments. I have the misfortune of sharing a fence with the dog park area of this property, and people are constantly playing loud music (and getting very drunk judging from the yelling and screaming “WOO!” over and over). Literally just listen to these videos taken from my property to get a small taste of what we’re dealing with. I just tried coming in to put my name on the list and the 2nd doors are locked. Like seriously are you kidding me is this a joke. Worst place to come a put your name on the list
