I had two appointments with Dr. Hale and found him very kind with a nice friendly personality. I will definitely use him for surgery if needed. The women of the office staff are outstanding, from the minute you check in and throughout the process of being taken to the room, and checking out, along with insurance and billing questions! They all seem to work together well and enjoy each other as co-workers. They were fun, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. Please commend your staff! Whatever you are doing, it is working!!
He such an understanding and very explainable Dr. And listens to what I have to say and how I feel
absolutely horrible. i was seen by dr. crouch twice for an appendectomy. the first time was for the actual procedure where it was told he had left a suture compressing my nerve. i then had a second surgery with him to correct it, which i wasn’t comfortable with in the first place, where he explained to me my mom and my finance what the problem was. he went in and removed it and ever since i had been in horrible pain. not only was he just disrespectful prior to both surgeries, but he also lied about the procedures. he never m... read more
