The new management has been here for about a week and has removed our pet waste station by building 5. They now have THREE stations surrounding the building by the pond and ZERO stations by the back building facing the golf course . This is not fair to residents in building 5 and makes no logical sense. I’ve lived at Lincoln Station Rowhomes since February 2024. At first, it seemed like a great place to live, but over time it has gone downhill, and renewing my lease in May 2025 has turned out to be my biggest regret. Here are just a few examples of what living here is like: Unresponsiveness: Phone calls go unanswered, and the office staff are rarely present during business hours. I have been living here for more than half a year. To be fair, I want to acknowledge that most of the maintenance requests I submitted were handled very quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, there are two major issues that have never been resolved, and they have overshadowed the positive aspects of living here. 1.
