I was one of the first to move into this new apartment complex. February 2024. I noticed right away that the walls are very thin can hear neighbors very clearly through the walls and the footsteps above are very loud. Prior management with Tori and Nina, were super easy to deal with. New management is horrible they walked into my apartment without notifying me on 2 separate occasions which I believe is illegal. I’ve lived at Lincoln Station Rowhomes since February 2024. At first, it seemed like a great place to live, but over time it has gone downhill, and renewing my lease in May 2025 has turned out to be my biggest regret. Here are just a few examples of what living here is like: Unresponsiveness: Phone calls go unanswered, and the office staff are rarely present during business hours. Unauthorized billing: Management opened mail addressed to me and paid a ComEd bill with my name and address on it — then charged me $150 for it. T... read more
The property is beautiful. The amenities are fantastic. I know there was a recent ownership change which seems like it was done smoothly and has only increased the perks of living here. Bennet, a maintenance staff member has been a huge breath of fresh air compared to other luxury properties I’ve lived at. i love the attached garages and the proximity of the train station makes getting where i need to go almost too easy.
This property has a lot to offer for sure. I see a huge difference with the new management team thank you Thania. The maintenance is onsite and responsive thanks to Keith. All the spaces are fresh and everything is clean, the amenities are like living at a resort. Looking for a great place to live in the area this is it!
