I’m sharing this review to document a serious and preventable safety issue following brake service performed at this shop. What is most concerning is that when my front brakes were replaced, I was explicitly told that the rear brakes had been checked and were “fine and did not need service.” The attached photos show that this was clearly not the case. Have a '92 Caddie Eldorado and my Caddie mechanic retired and needed another "RELIABLE" and "RESPONSIBLE" place that wasn't afraid to work on an older car and "KNEW" how to.
