Beware of coming here for an oil change. Not only do they have the (usual) up-charge of oil, filters, & fluid replacements—they charge an $85 labor rate for a half hour of work. My wife went in today & the total came out to $235 for a simple oil change. Absolute robbery in terms of supplies & labor costs, Jiffy Lube doesn’t even screw you over this much. I tried multiple times to set up an appointment to have my car serviced here Every time I did, I was informed that they couldn't work on my car and get it back to me next day (which was a stipulation to the work) and I was always given excuse after excuse as ro why not. I never tried so hard to give a company money only to have their scheduling problems be a blockade to it. I’m sharing this review to document a serious and preventable safety issue following brake service performed at this shop. What is most concerning is that when my front brakes were replaced, I was explicitly told that the rear brakes had been checked and were “fine and did not need service.” The attached photos show that this was clearly not the case. The rear brakes were severely worn, the wheel cylinder was leaking, and the drum was heavily scored and damaged. This level of deterioration does not happen suddenly and would ... read more
Have a '92 Caddie Eldorado and my Caddie mechanic retired and needed another "RELIABLE" and "RESPONSIBLE" place that wasn't afraid to work on an older car and "KNEW" how to. Contacted LSS up told them what was up and Jonathon politely broke down everything to me and said "WE" can do it. Rest is history problem fixed. Reasonable cost. Will keep doing business. Thank you.
