I remember reading these reviews thoroughly prior to moving in, and thankfully I had a much better experience living here than some of the other reviewers. Raquel helped me move in; she was super nice, genuine and direct. She was funny and also helpful in coordinating all the move in necessities. Notably, there are homeless individuals that live/lay near the parking garages that I could see from my balcony daily. Review: I regret about applying for the apartment in this building. I had a very disappointing experience working with this team. They wasted a significant amount of my time and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. The manager was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it extremely difficult to communicate or collaborate effectively. Cheryl St. Julien is one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant property managers I’ve ever encountered. Her attitude is consistently hostile, and she operates with a complete disregard for tenant concerns. Instead of resolving issues like maintenance problems or providing fair treatment, Cheryl chooses to create unnecessary conflicts and escalate situations. Every apartment building has its issues, but any maint requested or issues I’ve had have been handled promptly. Cheryl has been great addressing any issues I’ve had.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Cheryl has been, by far, the most difficult and unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. Her approach to communication is hostile and aggressive, often resorting to unnecessary threats and caps lock demands.
