I rented the penthouse expecting it to be nice, all i am met with is a cold shower and the coldest room ever.
I remember reading these reviews thoroughly prior to moving in, and thankfully I had a much better experience living here than some of the other reviewers. Raquel helped me move in; she was super nice, genuine and direct. She was funny and also helpful in coordinating all the move in necessities. Notably, there are homeless individuals that live/lay near the parking garages that I could see from my balcony daily. Review: I regret about applying for the apartment in this building. I had a very disappointing experience working with this team. They wasted a significant amount of my time and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. The manager was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it extremely difficult to communicate or collaborate effectively. Cheryl St. Julien is one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant property managers I’ve ever encountered. Her attitude is consistently hostile, and she operates with a complete disregard for tenant concerns. Instead of resolving issues like maintenance problems or providing fair treatment, Cheryl chooses to create unnecessary conflicts and escalate situations.
