My experience with Joe Machens started out a little rocky, but as soon as I expressed my concerns Jazmine in the service dept did everything above and beyond what’s expected to see that I was taken care of. I then in turn received a call from Riley, the Service Mgr and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. I absolutely love my new Lincoln that I purchased from Joe Machens Lincoln. And even better is the fact that I have had the new vehicle for six months and already have 8000 miles on it. It is so fun to drive. But it was time for an oil change and Lincoln gives you free pick up, service, and return all in one day. It was exceptional service.
Although I didn’t buy my 17 mkx here, Ive had the best service than anywhere! Jazmine has been amazing!professional, courteous & great communication They even provided me with a loaner & drove 1.5 hours to get my vehicle Now thats service!
