I went to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I had 3 open recalls on my car, kowing this, I said I would schedule an appointment to get the recall work done because I didn't have time because I had to get to work. Somebody there decided to keep my car for 8 hours and do thebrecall work without my permission causing me undue stress wondering if I was going to get to work on time. Bought a Lincoln Corsair couple months ago my wife had only driven it to and from work which is a mile and a half from the home she took it down a hill when breaking front end shimmied they told us that the rotors had been overheated this must have been done before we bought the vehicle even though the vehicle was certified they told us that it was wear and tear you you do not overheat rotors driving a mile and a half to and from work this is a joke it was a pre-existing problem and should have been checked before it was cer... read more
