No loaner car No car wash
I love the valet service, they picked up my car, finished the recall and then returned my car to my office. Unfortunately the Lincoln side of Future Ford seems to be understaffed
I did not purchase my car from this dealership but I use the service bc it’s the closest to my house. It’s not always easy to get through on the phone but once you have someone on the line they are quite friendly and helpful. The communication through text for the pickup and delivery service updates is very punctual and reliable. They cleaned my car after serving it. Very pleased.
