It has been generally good, however... To save the biz(a few $ on stamps) I informed the over-seer that a monthly receipt was not necessary. I generally pay 2 months a crack, but the above gesture backfired on me for in the 1st time in 4 years I was late; yep, a late fee notice. What a world we live in!
