Last year I gave this place a one star review out of haste. I was upset about the 30 day notice required for leaving and honestly it was my fault for not paying attention to the contract. I am giving ot 5 stars as of today because it is actually a very nice place and really clean. Access is easy with the app and the parking is spacious.
Lori and Stephen made this whole process so easy! My husband and I had a long move from eastern Utah and having this process made very simple took a lot of stress off of our plate. Not to mention they both are incredibly kind people who truly want to help you out. We are very happy we chose here for our storage needs. I highly recommend!
Lori and her husband were a pleasure to work with. They made the process quick and easy, but yet explained everything in detail to me.
This place was great, we needed a unit for less than 2 months and Lori walked us through everything and helped us even save money! Stephen and Lori are definitely customer service driven and it shows! If we needed a longer term rental this would be the only place we went!
My girlfriend and I rented a huge indoor unit, the last one they had! Lori just happened to have someone vacate after we were there originally. The one we wanted was not available, but Mrs Lori immediately called us back the next day to give us the great news. We were so happy she remembered us, this size unit is hard to come by and they had many of them but it was an end unit that was in line with the driveway for easy backing in a huge trailer that we wanted.
