They take a very long time to do things. They want Immediate payment even if you have dealt with them for years and do all your printing. Slack on sending proofs, and when an error is made the fault if automatically yours. Come to find out the email with instructions and spellings was not even read by them. Changing printing companies.
I took a document in and asked them to scan it for me. The girl at the front had headphones on and didn't seem too interested when I walked in. They said it would take 25 minutes, which I thought sounded like a long time to scan something. I asked if they could do it in 15 because it was urgent, and they said yes.
