We recently had our pool liner replaced and custom steps added by Lincoln Pools, and once again, Chris and his team provided excellent service. We’ve been dealing with Chris for over 15 years since moving to Bolton, and we have always been so happy with their professionalism, care, and reliability. A special thank you to Sean for being so helpful throughout the process. We truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend Lincoln Pools!
I saw Chris at a social function and casually mentioned my hot tub heater wasn’t working. I was to contact him the following week but I didn’t, as I got really busy. Chris reached out to me and indicated a person was available the next day to diagnose the problem. The technician was prompt and diagnosed the problem. I received the quote the following day and the heater was repaired the following week. Great customer service and follow through. I would definitely use them again.
We are very happy with the team at Lincoln Pools. We had our pool liner replaced along with our chlorinator, and the entire experience was excellent. Chris, Sean, and the whole team addressed any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Chris was especially responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. They started on a Monday, and our pool was ready to use by the weekend! We would highly recommend Lincoln Pools to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and knowledgeabl... read more
