I called ahead to see if my prescriptions are ready three days straight and every single time they have said "yes your prescription is ready for pick up. You can come in" but once I get there, it isn't ready and I would have to come back another day. It's been three days now since I've been waiting for my prescription to come in and I've been told no come tomorrow every single time. How are you just going to tell someone their prescription is ready for pick up, but it's just not???
When you get your meds you’re happy but the road to getting them can be rough and unnecessarily tricky. I’ve been a customer here for 5+ years and it’s always the same. I called 4 times today and they literally picked up ( I can hear the background noise) and then hung up. When I finally did connect to someone he said the call disconnected. I’m not stupid, the call never disconnected. Let’s be serious, y’all are handling serious medications. Very rude, And always overcharging for medications
