Miss Rebecca in the office is awesome. CAL CAP itself is not the most responsive. Constant water issues. However, the awesome property manager, Rebecca makes sure all residents have an enjoyable experience. She truly rocks. I lived here over two years and renewed my lease once and went month-to-month once. Only moved because I got married and went to a different state. The layout of my studio apartment was super cute and functional. Large kitchen with dishwasher and big window with lots of natural light.
No hot water at all, water shut off frequently to all apartments. Been waiting for my deposit back for almost six months have reached out to cooperate and apartment management.(No communication except for when I went in and always a promise of next week) Always paid my rent which was $1400 for a two bedroom. Just not professional sorry, but were nice enough I guess. Business wise is a No... don't do it. To expensive for not enough you will not be a priority as a customer
Here we go with the hot water again 🤬 And a whole year later the hot water remains a major problem
