Do not give this complex your business at any cost! My initial experience when I moved in two years ago was fine. I wasn’t expecting a luxury complex but at least something that I felt was worth my money- especially if I’m paying $1,050+/month. That has quickly changed. I lived in this complex for two years, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone. One particularly egregious issue was a 13-day period without hot water, which significantly impacted my quality of life. The management at the time was consistently unhelpful. Since moving out, I've been trying to get my security deposit back—over $1000—but it's been a nightmare. I’ve been living at this apartment complex for some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been increasingly frustrating. Despite multiple maintenance visits, my AC issues remain unresolved. I’ve been told several times that the unit is fixed, yet the temperature in my apartment consistently stays between 80–90°F — far from comfortable, especially during the summer months.
