Great community.
Don’t recommend. Today I got harassed by the maintenance guy threatening to give me a fine for not picking up dog poop. There was no proof the dog poop came from my dogs other than it was near the apartment. Then proceeded to tell me he was gonna hang a camera in a spot that could look through our living room window which is against our privacy. I was apartment shopping so I was already aggravated. Not only was Jessica amazing, she knew her job. It was a simple process apartments are really big really nice the community's amazing I would recommend this place over any of the others
We are happy here, just waiting for the laundry room to be renovated. I like the office team and maintenance.
Worse place to live. The complex is so dark at night on the right side of the building that it’s unsafe. Our apartment is covered with bugs even after we’ve sprayed multiple times a month. Maintenance is terrible and won’t ever fix anything. We’ve been waiting to get the seal on our door fixed since we moved in August and they still haven’t done it, claimed that the part they need isn’t in store anywhere and can’t order it. Save your money and don’t put it towards this place.
