It is very nice hidden gem close to town close to Brick town and Remington Park Kind of tucked away but easy to get the highway in any direction.
Absolutely horrible experience with this place. I paid $140 in application fees (which is WAY more than most HOUSES). This place and the management is extremely shoddy. They wanted a $350 deposit for the tiniest slot for my RV. I was denied for an eviction (that’s was not mine) and “other things” that they would not disclose with me.
