Jeff was great to work with and truly a great partner in the sale of my condo. I went back to him after having a good experience 7 years ago when he helped me with the purchase. He went above and beyond helping me navigate a sale from out-of-state, overseeing inspection, repairs, etc. in my absence. We were under contract within days of the listing, and end up closing with an outcome that exceeded my expectations. I contacted Jeff at Lincoln Park Condos while searching for a second home in Chicago from California. Initially, Jeff seemed pleasant and responsive, and I felt his background as an attorney would provide an extra layer of professional scrutiny.
