Shipman is my son's pediatrician, we travel just at an hour so he can see Her. It was worth it, staff got our appt scheduled with no difficulty, Shipman was very kind and patient and I didn't feel rushed when answering her questions about the milestones my toddler was at.
Been using this office for 3 and a half years and I actually really like them . My girls and I love shipman and shes always so kind , listens well very smart. We also love the nurses all of them work hard to get things taken care of.

For 6 weeks I've been getting the runaround trying to establish care. Why the appointment person wouldn't know which doctors are accepting patients the moment they answer the call is beyond me. Even 24 hours would be reasonable. But they tell you they will get back to you within 10 days and they don't. I called them back after 2 weeks because they didn't call me back and they said that doctor wasn't taking new patients. How did you not know that when I called?
