Awful dealership…terrible experience. Brought my vehicle in for a scheduled recall, booked the appt 1 week advance, however nobody ordered the part and they weren’t able to service it once my car was already there for over an hour. I was then told a lie by Dion that I called their toll free # when I booked my appt, which my call log clearly shows a 519 local #. Brought in twice to fix warranty issues.. left with more issues and locked out my vehicle very next day . Stranded and got ignored and no call back until I made receptionist to go get them while on the phone. Tells me to toe it there they need to look at what happened after they just had it for 2 weeks. And cant give me a loner to fix there mistake. Horrible customer service.
