I purchased a Preowned Lincoln Corsair reserve. I also purchased the extended warranty package. I recently experienced that the rear shocks were leaking. By clear definition, it appears that shocks were not included in the extended warranty. However, the dealership went bat for me and was able to get this service covered. I was more than thrilled with the customer service I received and the prompt action that the Wayne Lincoln dealership took on my behalf. They gained a repeat customer!
It was a wonderful experience. Shannon and her crew showed excellent customer service and treated me with the utmost respect. Told me upfront what was going to be done along with the cost, so no surprises. The waiting room was comfortable with snacks and beverages while we wait. Great experience. Service tech Henry was 1st class. The only issue I experienced was attempting to schedule the appt and I was originally told that I lived outside the service radius but when I questioned what that radius is and explained I was just 6 mins away and approximately 2.7 miles away, I got the appt I requested so after little hiccup the rest was GREAT!
