I can't say enough wonderful things about Lincoln of Wayne! They truly treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. Everyone in the Service Department were excellent. There was an error with our appointment but it was corrected immediately and we were accommodated on the spot and our vehicle was taken care of. Thank you so much to everyone involved.
My car battery was dead and I was stuck in a shopping plaza. I spoke with Celeste who assured me I would be taken care of. She came and picked me up, brought me home, called when the mobile technician was on his way to my car and they delivered my car and replaced the battery for me. They were both very pleasant, reassuring and professional. I was very anxious because I had several appointments with doctors and I was able to relax and got to my appointments on time!! Excellent customer service!
