Received a letter regarding a recall on my Lincoln MKC 2015 for the back camera. I called and was redirected to leave a voice message which I did. A week later no call back. I called again and was directed to Julie who told me her computer was off and she would need to call me back. She called back and left a message and when I called back I was told that Julie had moved desks and I was put on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I am not using Lincoln of Troy.
