If you promised to sold me the car, why you keep adding the miles for test driving? 60 miles extra during 4 days ? I offered to give you deposit to hold the car, but you don’t want the money. It’s very disappointed shopping experience since the first day I walking in.
Do NOT go here for service. Purchasing a vehicle was great. Service was horrendous. They had our car 5 weeks. Yes, we had an appointment. They sent us home with no oil change, which we were billed for. Our receipt listed oil change. My husband is a mechanic. If a person wasn't, and they trusted this place, they would be driving around needing an oil change, thinking they had one. If I could give them a negative ZERO, I promise you I would! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership and do NOT recommend their service department. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the speaker system in my 2025 Aviator. I’ve had my vehicle for less than a year, and it has already been returned for repairs twice for the same problem.
