I will not buy another Lincoln due to its service dept. They have never been able to supply a loaner to date .it has been 1yr now since it have purchased this Nautilus. Love the car hate the service! One time they had the car for 5 days ???? No issues were resolved . This time ( 3rd time) I waited 2 1/2 weeks for loaner which got pushed back a day twice only to get pushed again for another week. The people are friendly but the wait is way too long. I came to find out why the windshield wiper fluid wasn't coming out of the wipers and one other minor thing. It's been almost a 3 hour wait!
