I’ve had my last 2 experiences at Lincoln Ramsey leave me with disappointment. Disappointed by the lack of customer service and unprofessional treatment. The receptionist and service technician at Lincoln of Ramsey act as if they don’t care about the customer…very disappointing. If I were the owner of this business, I’d move quickly to replace those staff members. I will never return to this business for service or a new Lincoln Navigator. Being a first time Lincoln owner I never expected to be treated so well by a dealership. I was cordially greeted, offered a loaner car while my car was worked on and the prompt, thorough service was greatly appreciated. Every item I had concerns with was addressed, recorded and I was sent on my way feeling confident my car was in good hands. I can’t recommend their service and pride in their customer service enough.
