I am a loyal Lincoln owner and am very impressed with both Ramsey and Wayne dealerships. Had my car serviced twice recently at the Ramsey location; both times I had extremely positive experiences.Very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Status updates provided. We had our car serviced here today and everything ran super smooth. The car was ready under an hour and the service manger Kevin even pulled the car in the garage for me so that I could get my baby inside away from the heat. Customer service like this is so rare these days and it is truly so appreciated. Thank you Kevin and team!
