Lincoln required my vehicle come in for service for a recall with a part Lincoln didn’t have. When the part arrived for a 90 minute repair, the staff broke my taillight making me wait for THAT part to come in to replace it turning the over repair into a 2 day ordeal. Your staff was friendly though.
I have been dealing with this dealership for many years and I can't recommend them more highly. The quality of their service is consistent and truly excellent. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Had my car serviced twice recently at the Ramsey location; both times I had extremely positive experiences.Very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Status updates provided.
