Absolutely disgusted with this service center. I came to this location for service more than 4 times, and I can testify that I never had a single pleasant visit. 0/4. First of all, I always have to wait for the entire day for minor things to get done. Then get told, "ohh, you know, our mechanics need lunch break too." Second, I had my vehicle checked within the warranty date, I was told my car was in pristine condition. I would like to express my gratitude to Yvonne and Raheem for their help in improving my appointment experience, especially after a challenging beginning. I had been scheduled to receive a loaner vehicle for my upcoming service appointment. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that no loaner vehicles were available.
