I took my 2010 Lincoln town car to ford Lincoln service center at 92-15 170th street Jamaica for proper diagnosis because my car was having issues with engine radiator fan been on all the time without shutting off.the results they gave was to change the control module and fan.i was called after one week to pick the car because it was ready.i was billed $1,294 and changed for diagnostic and repair,the problem with the car persisted.i took the car back to them for another couple days without no good results.l kept going back a... read more
1-Star – Absolutely Worst Service Experience I have been a repeat customer at this dealership for service, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable.
