I have been going here for a few years now. And this is the 2nd time the mechanic forgot to put in washer fluid after the oil change. After I was told this was included. And also the young mechanic stripped my screw on my tire. He said he didn't attempt to take the tires off for rotation, but I know how my tired looked that morning after I washed them and I was not missing a bolt cap.
