First one is their technician's report, they are asking to pay 13000$+, when car tow from there repair to another Lincoln 2nd image is from another technician comment. See the difference? How it possible? Cause they scam people, they are rude. Avoid them if you wanna save your life. Especially, Christian Urena.

Kyle is a great service advisor. He throughly explained the process to getting my vehicle serviced. I would recommend him if you are looking to do oil changes, it was completed under an hour as requested. Make sure you ask for Quicklane.

I bought a brand-new car just one year ago. Months later, I received recall notices for dangerous safety alerts: "Stop Safely Now," "High Voltage Battery Warning," and "Power Reduced Malfunction." This issue happened 4 times. The first 3 times, Premier Ford Brooklyn fixed it as a recall issue and advised me to go to the dealership where I purchased the car if it happened again, as 4 repeat failures qualify the vehicle for a Lemon Law buyback.
