This place is one of the greatest places to fix my car problems. They been helping me to decide to get a second car after my 2002 expired and need a mayor repair. They are honest they give you an estimate and work around it. I like that they don’t overcharge me for the hourly service on the repairs. They honor your warranty that comes with the car of your choice
Liars!!! especially Reggie the manager all dmv fees was supposed to be included when I leased a Lincoln black label and put down 15k on a vehicle at 850 a month.. during the sale they would not let me have any paperwork all virtual. When I didn’t receive the registration I contact the crooks and they send me a bill for it.
Your customer service staff are incredibly irresponsible. I went in at 8 AM to get my engine oil changed, and it's 11:30 AM now, three and a half hours later, and they still haven't finished. I'm never going to this shop again. Doesn't anyone manage this place?
