I took my car in a little earlier than my appointment, but it took 1 hr 45 min to get it finished, and that is too long for an easy procedure. Also, my coverage includes a pick up/drop off service but in order to utilize that you have to book out several weeks in advance. Feels like that should be an easier option.
Devin was great! He came to my work to program my spare key fob for me. It only took a few minutes. I love the convenience of Lincoln coming to me for my needs! It’s amazing!
