Went because engine light was on. Told coolant leaked into the engine and the repair would be &14,700. After doing my research, I found this is a known defect in the 2017 -2019 MKZ. Service manager didn’t offer any goodwill assistance on the repair. My car is a 2108 MKZ under 68000 miles! No way the engine should be in disrepair!
Great service , attentive and accommodating . Went above and beyond .
