The emphasis is on customer satisfaction and service at this dealership. The vehicle selection is unparalleled. Mario was my sales advisor and he could not have been more attentive, responsive and his follow up was impeccable. Even after I purchased the car, he sent a video after it was detailed and about to ship! He actually called two days after the car was delivered to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend Lincoln North Miami!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lincoln of North Miami’s service department. My Ford EcoSport was towed there on August 5, 2026 after stalling while driving. I was told there were two recall repairs that needed to be completed. Peter also explained that a diagnostic test would cost approximately $395, and I specifically confirmed that I would be called before any diagnostic testing was performed. I reschedule mobile van Service for a recall with new date and new location specifically told the lady that a live on a condo Date of appt came and the guy had no idea that it was on a condo I didn’t get an appoligy Just a text from her saying it was a miscommunication after i planned my day Total waste of time
