Outstanding customer service.
I had a great experience with Scott at the Ford service department. He was very friendly, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He treated me with respect and made sure my car was well taken care of. Excellent customer service – I really appreciate his help!
Two part review: I had a flat tire repaired on the 29th and my survey for it expired. I also purchased a vehicle on the 17th. The gentleman who took care of me and serviced my car was phenomenal. I can’t put 5 stars on his review but I can here. We had a great conversation during intake and he was all around welcoming, friendly and respectful.
