They're obviously unprofessional but also they don't even treat patients who ask for help. My brother went in there because he had been punched in the ear and it made his ear bleed and they didn't do a thing about it. Didn't even give him pain meds or anything. The LPD is an even bigger joke because they didnt do anything about that either. I am completely disgusted with how they handled my son. Sitting here talking bout how he can check off a procedure off his bingo chart bc he gets to put in a chest tube. How excited you must feel making his fear so much worse. Thanks for making fun of my son's genetic condition. Sure made this traumatic experience even worse thanks D.j.

You'll grow a beard and die in the waiting room before you ever get treated, and the only treatment you'll get is treated like garbage by the staff.
