Incompetent because of unprofessional ability to address billing issues. 3 attempts were made to double bill me. Not the billing company at fault but failure at the Medical practice.
Bunch of losers! Their office staff is rude, incompetent, and must be high-school dropouts. Only go here if you wish to be mistreated and abused. There is absolutely no caring or concern about patients. They clearly have too much time on their hands and nothing productive to do.
Sadly have to write a review for a doctor office where the staff is so rude and unprofessional. I visited the Doctor with specifics to Physicals, However the whole discussion was molded and I was charged for diagnostics code that were not even desired. Worst so, I visited the office twice and spoke to the Dr. They could not send the revised bill w/ correct codes and promised to waive the bill I received. after a few months, I continued to receive the Bill and called up again.
