The doctors and medical staff seem fine my issue is with the administration and their billing methods. I made a first appointment with a doctor there and clearly statetold d it was for a well visit/physical. They billed it for a new patient visit which was not what the appointment was for nor was that in any of the notes. I called the billing department to get them to correct the record and submit the charges again as they acknowledged that I didn't knowingly make a new patient appointment.
