I find everyone very helpful here. The wait isn't long and they give me the time I need to discuss my symptoms.
I put on the wrong paperwork I received at the front desk that I needed a prescription today which ran out on the 5th my appointment was on the 7th of course left empty-handed again at least no cold symptoms didn't even ask if I needed a refill today

The incompetence of this office and my physician almost made me lose my sanity. To be fair the office staff is most likely overworked and underpaid as all Mainehealth facilities are, so of course, the brunt of this blame belongs on the docs and admin approving these nightmare situations. From day 1 this office got all my Maine community health options information incorrect. Didn't matter that I filled out all my paperwork properly and returned to their office twice with my Community health options card. They still never bill... read more
