I had a terrible experience at the emergency room. The nurses were rude for no reason, even though I spoke to them politely. The wait time was also extremely long. However, the doctor who treated me was very kind, and the nurse who took my blood was also very nice. At one point, I needed to use the restroom, but I noticed there was a buzzer system to enter. Waiting for 6 hours to be seen? What’s the point of having an emergency room when there’s no sense of urgency from the medical staff? I don’t know. Truly upsetting
This was one of the worst experiences of my life! I got here around 2 in the afternoon and didn’t leave until 2 the next morning. The wait to be seen is too long to be real. Triage and registration are pretty quick and the people were kind however, Dr. Arthur Wang does not have good bedside manner at all. He was very rough with me. Horribly disgusting.
!!DONT GO INTO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME!! Absolutely horrible. My brother had a big injury while roller skating. We took him to this exact ER. We arrived at 5PM, and left at 10PM. No one called us, and it was disgusting and dirty. I also saw people on stretchers, and the securities just talked and laugh instead of being attentive and taking care of the patient.
