I am an IHHS provider for the county of Placer, and I brought my recipient last Tuesday in Lincoln Medical Associates to have a check up. She was very sick and feeling weak. The nurse came to get measurements, but my recipient unable to stand, said that she doesn’t want to stand on the scale because of her weak legs. This nurse, named Beto, showed a very impatient face and impolitely pushed my recipient to get weighed. That is forcing a patient to do what the patient feels she cannot do. This place isn't healthcare, it's health-doesnt-care. Do better.
I called to confirm a appt and said they do not have that patient listed and my friend I was calling for has been seeing him for years don't know what to do now.
