Asked for a quote on a mini-split and received conflicting information from both a salesman (who recommended to repair an existing system) and a service tech who both came on-site. Had to constantly call to follow up and ask when they would be coming. Multiple no-calls, no-shows and for booked appointments. If you’re looking for someone who shows initiative, has knowledge in their trade, exhibits professionalism and values their customers time, look elsewhere.

Lincoln team was fantastic. My air conditioning and heating units in my building failed. They came the next day and installed on time but equally as impressive was their professional and courtesy while they completed project. Clean and efficient! Would highly recommend and use again!
