What is with the Pool Issues ??? We get ready to WALK over & half the time. There is NO ONE there ? excuses excuses BUt we are paying HOA fees But get very lil in return ? IF someone calls out, Make it a point that there is a backup plan in place or a Board Member SHOULD be held accountable & show up to OPen the Pool. They never answer the phone and don’t do anything if you do call.
Neighborhood is not bad but their guest parking is very odd. It is 72 hours for guests but if you are a resident you can only park in the guest parking from 8pm to 8am. At that point there’s no reason to park there unless I have a 8am to 8pm job. There isn’t enough room for me to park in the driveway and besides guest parking the closest place I can park is a quarter mile. I have lived here for many years. It used to be great. However, now I would advise you to stay away. Run, never buy here or rent . HOA is a joke!!!.They Pick and choose who they allow to obey the rules And regulations. Antagonistic people are allowed to have parties at all hours. Park in the red zones and use up all the visiting space and smoke in shared areas.,but Worst of all, they allow harassment, antagonizing, and intimidation . HOA is a joke. Disregards all complaints. Only cares about fining people so they can make some money. Guest parking is taking up by tenants and their copious amounts of cars. So you don’t have any parking available for your guests. Loud music at all times of the day and into the night. Live bands in the residential area majority of the time. Kids doing burnouts and donuts. Stay away from here at all costs.
