I would leave a zero if I could! Terrible experience trying to get a new door. All of the staff is rude and don't know how to make a customer feel appreciated. The lack of communication was another thing I had to deal with. The door I recieved was scratched also! Not a good company to deal with overall. I would not recommend this company!
Has no website, catalog, or other means of browsing so there is absolutely zero reason I would do business here instead of somewhere else. Staff seemed very indignant that I even entered their building both here and at the second nearby location.
Insane inventory, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Would give 1/2 star if allowed. My sales contact was non existent after first contact. I got no reply after weeks of trying all methods of contact about product I had already ordered and paid a down payment on. I wanted to stay local, but could have gotten better service from a 16 year old working for one day at HD. I really wish I could - but I cannot recommend going here.
No one was around to help went there around 10am an no-one was there to help
