Dr. Kreuger is amazing but the customer service team is the worst team I have ever dealt with. I have been calling for two weeks attempting to schedule to which I have gotten attitude, retaliation, and blatantly hung up on.
I will never be back here! Dr was so uncaring. She asked how I was doing. I told her that i was hurting bad, her response was WHY??? WOULD never wish pain on anyone but. I'd love for her to feel how I do for atleast a hour. She would see things differently
I can’t believe how bad Mayfield treated me. I went in Dec. of 2023 and Bill Tobler fused my back at L4-L5. A month later I was in horrific pain. All he did was push Oxy’s in me and I had a terrible leak from the lower incision that lasted for months and he did nothing till late Feb. The pain was getting worse and in April of 2024 he did another x-ray and found L3-L4 miss aligned. He finally retired in June and he promised me that he and Mayfield would take care of me. I went three months ago and was seen by a nurse practitioner. I was having terrible pain in my legs which I was told probably came from back. Went through 7 weeks of therapy. Had an MRI. Was told I had to see one of the surgeons. Waited six weeks for an appointment. Went today to Norwood. Was seen by a nursepractitioner. I’m not pleased. She said I have hip issues and they don’t treat hips. I was treated very poorly and now I’m waiting for a referral which may take weeks. Would not recommend this clinic.
