Most horrible doctors. Arrived 20 minutes early waited a hour to see a nurse practitioner. Unfortunately I am diabetic was treated like I had the plaque. Was not offered any treatment told to come back for surgery when my A1c was a 8. Waited a month to see not even a doctor. Horrible service. No treatment. What a waste of an insurance claim. They shouldn’t even be paid.
I was sent to them in 2018 by my neurologist who said I needed surgery asap. I get an appointment with a PA. She shows me everything and says nothings wrong. No surgery needed. My mri results showed myelomalacia and several areas I’ve moderate spinal cord compression and foraminal narrowing. 5 yrs later symptoms were unbearable new surgeon said surgery should have been done 5 yrs ago. Do to the 5 yr wait things progressed drastically resulting in a c2-t3 fusion and I’m now stuck with permanent Nero defects. I strongly sugges... read more
This has to be the worst experience ever. Amy is one of the worst employees that works for Dr. Katchman. Not only does she not care but she doesn't call patients back and then go on vacation, was given an entire pack of paperwork to complete for fmla and came back with 1 of 6 now i have to figure out how to get the rest of the paperwork since she's lost it.
