The staff is wonderful The place is clean and I feel taken care of when I come here
My doctor was an exceptional Surgeon. He improved my life drastically. He did a phenomenal job. However, the staff and those who support the physicians are appalling, careless and very unfriendly. I would not suggest going to them. Customer service, in my case, was devastating.
Sticker shock. Nurse practitioner bills $566 for JUST her office visit consultation portion!!!
The surgical staff and assistants were and are fantastic. However, their processes and administrative staff are the reason I would tell everyone to seek care elsewhere. When the staff lies saying the insurance provider is requiring 6 weeks of therapy prior to an MRI and you confirm with the insurance provider that they never submitted it and good staff members at the facility admit it was never submitted but assumed it is standard for denial and just do it.
