This has been the worst doctor office experience ive had anywhere. Well besides Kettering health formerly known as fort hamilton in hamilton ohio. You can never get ahold of anyone..They never call you back, even when you mark message as urgent..they dont prescribe you anything. Im not asking for narcotics, but a Tylenol or ibuprofen that I don't have to pay for would be nice..I can't work because of my back. Ive been trying to get an appointment all week, no one will make the appointment or call me back.
Highly recommend Dr Gozal and staff. Exceptionally helpful and friendly even though I was not a surgical candidate. It is not often that you find a medical professional and staff who make you feel heard and understood. Wish they were all like this.
