I chose one star as there are no negative stars. This business appears to prey on older customers, takes their money and then does not deliver the goods. My father paid $5K up front in April 2011 for a headstone marker for his and my mothers gravesites. Calls and messages left at the phone number of the business have gone unanswered. We have now hired an attoryney and will be proceeding with legal action. From what I have read on the BBB and other review sites, this is SOP for this business. BEWARE!
Has had my fathers headstone for months, every time we call he has a different excuse as to why he has not put it up yet. Very unprofessional so far.
