They have made many improvements over the last decade. The staff are all friendly. Wait times differ depending on time of day and is often increased due to emergency patients ahead of you, which is understandable. I try to book appointments earlier in the morning, less people in the waiting area. I have chemical sensitivity and try to limit my exsposure to parfumes, cologne ect when I go out.
We moved to the area recently. Upon arriving to an empty entry way/reception at 9:45pm, we had to find our way to the charge nurse station and ask where the ER was. We were then taken back to the entry area/waiting seats by a nurse named Sarah.
