I hope people don't fall for this. What a scam, this is the most expensive insurance I ever heard of. The guy just showed up at our door at 8pm in the evening saying he had a delivery, no appointment, no asking if we were busy. He had a very scripted presentation. One of the most important qualities a company can possess is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This company fails on this. All I wanted was a copy of my policy to be mailed to me because downloading from the website is not available. I waited almost two months and still no policy in my mail. I complained and pleaded because I needed a copy and after 7 weeks of waiting, they sent a copy to my email. Why didn’t they send it via email at my first request, is a mystery but what isn’t a mystery is how this company fails to do something so... read more
