One of the most important qualities a company can possess is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This company fails on this. All I wanted was a copy of my policy to be mailed to me because downloading from the website is not available. I waited almost two months and still no policy in my mail. I complained and pleaded because I needed a copy and after 7 weeks of waiting, they sent a copy to my email. I inquired about this company to send information. The next day tonight July 3rd 2023 one of their reps is at my door. No calling ahead to set up an appointment. I told him he was rude and to go away. Why would I want to do business with a company so unprofessional and disrespectful
