Rachel, Ellen and the entire staff are always thorough and wonderful to deal with. If ever we have an issue with one or both of my mom’s hearing aids, they are always so accommodating and fix any issues we might have ( and there haven’t been many). I would 100% recommend this locally owned business.
Very courteous & knowledgeable staff. The information was clear and concise. This is my second set of hearing aids and the customer service is great. -
