Very good customer service. Staff I have dealt with has been knowledgeable on the company and on the products they supply. Their dealings with Medicare in my behalf appear to be spot on, in addition to their dealings with my supplemental insurance. They’ve told me to return any Libres I might receive that do not work and they will send replacement/s.
