Ok place as long as you’re ok with them downing anything you say to them. Got told I didn’t have a medical emergency and they scheduled me an appointment just for me to be sent up there anyways🤦♀️. They laugh at you when you call with concerns, even if they are currently treating you for something serious. Definitely feel they need to be taught to treat peoples concerns properly instead of just laughing at them! Next time I would definitely go to Burlington instead.
The entire staff at this hospital needs to be trained on phone etiquette. Never one time have I called and anybody answered in a friendly voice or spoke to me decently. I have never felt more diminished after calling a place like I have after calling them. "Kris"in scheduling is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in my 62 years on earth. I really appreciate the care I was provided by the nurses and doctor. They just wanted to make sure I felt better and didn't make me feel judged or like I shouldn't be there. Thank you so much for everything! Scott bentz was amazing!!
