My dad has been at the Lincoln Health Hospital since the beginning of November. The level of care, compassion, respect, etc has been phenomenal. We have lived in Hugo forever so knowing almost everyone on a “normal” level is different when a loved one is receiving care, I am seeing all of the nurses, Doctors, Physical/Occupational Therapists on a totally different level and it has amazed me and has be very emotional(in a positive way) I highly recommend Lincoln Health for any of your problems. If I could give 0 stars I would. Was already not a great hospital to begin with and since they have 'updated' their departments it has gotten even worse. You can't even call and actually talk to someone!
The most amazing place seen a walkthrough a person Sarah at the front desk that works there was most helpful
Everyone was awesome! I really can't say enough good things about them! The drs actually listened, asked questions, and gave feedback! Talked to me not their tablet! Food was awesome! I wish they could move the hospital and employees to here to teach our local hospital how to operate! They were even wonderful with my wife who called to check on me! Praying if I end up going to the hospital away from home again it's here!
