This place does great work. However the price quoted twice now is never what one pays. This time it was $125 more than what was quoted and was shocked. Apparently they has to tighten all the prongs around the stones, etc. I do understand the extra fee, but when they called to tell me the ring was ready, I should have been told that new price then, not wait until I came to pick it up. I was treated respectfully and received a fair price for some estate family jewelry. I can see why this company was voted "Best of the best." I would definitely recommend this business to be fair and equitable.
I been here about 4 times to have my chain fixed and have always been very happy with there service till recently I was over charged and the guy kept talking about how the price of gold changed so decided to over charge me these people are scammers and will up charge do not recommend going here
