This Insurance is the most unprofessional excuse for an insurance company. Zero call backs, if you get a call back it will take them weeks to do so. They closed my husband’s case while he was still in the hospital fighting for his life! Disgusting
0 stars honestly. They take DAYS to WEEKS to do anything at all. I call my case manager daily and get zero updates. I -along with my job have been contacting them to get my case expedited and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I have not been paid in over a month but have supplied everything they ask for. I’m exhausted. I am disabled and they don’t make it any easier at all. They’re part of the problem. Terrible terrible company. They do not care about you at all.
I wish I could give 0 stars. the most USELESS company in the world. they cannot do their job to save their life. its been 4 weeks since my surgery and on my (approved) leave I have only received 25 DOLLARS. They are also not paying me my EIB that is owed. useless useless useless
