Its been a month and no money for short term disability. My adjuster took 3 weeks to talk to me 1 time all bc i bugged the crap out of her. I've called today and requested a supervisor call back for the 3rd time. Nothing is getting done and due to being a single mom paying the bills ive had to resort to getting food pantry food and taking out my 401k just to pay bills and medical expenses.

They charged my husband every pay period but it’s a hassle to get them to pay our dental claims because when the dentist office calls they claim we don’t have coverage. Every single time I call they say we do have coverage (even ortho) when the dentist calls we magically don’t.
