This was the worst company ever to manage my money. Do not trust this company. They are so stressful to deal with, and they are not truthful with information. I requested my funds and finally received an amount (don't even know if it is correct, as I received no receipt or explanation for the amount received) after 6 months of calling. The call center kept telling me it was coming and it wasn't until 4 months later was I able to get in touch with a supervisor. It was the worst experience. I had to advocate for what was mine.

I wouldn't recommend this policy to anyone. They have been the most frustrating and stressful agency I've ever had to deal with and they guarantee it remain that way. I feel like most of their representatives are under qualified for their positions, let alone someone's disability claim. I've argued with employees who hadn't even read my policy information about my policy information.

I would like consumers to know that this financial group, is less than desirable to work with. Case in point , my spouse underwent open heart surgery , triple bypass back i On Feb 7. Now prior to this taking place , she undertook steps to expedite documentation needed to start short term disability. This was to start on the 15th day after surgery, instead their incompetency was on full display, it took them a full month to render a payment, added to which an extension was required in the post operative realm due to an infect... read more

2. That's it. These people have made my life a living helll and have pushed me so close to the brink of bankruptcy. The only reason for the second star is because their nice on the phone.
